Request a course that exists in the transfer equivalency tools

This form is for current Arcadia students looking to take a course at another college or university that HAS BEEN transfered in the past.
Ex: "I currently attend Arcadia University but I want to take X course at X university that has previously been transferred."
Request a course that is not in the transfer equivalency tools

This form is for current Arcadia students looking to take a course at another college or university that HAS NEVER BEEN previously transferred.
Ex: "I currently attend Arcadia University but I want to take X course at X university and it has never been transferred before."

Paper forms can be delivered to the Office of the Registrar physically, by mail, or digitally via email, fax, etc. Please ensure the form is completed to the best of your knowledge and approved by your advisor prior to submission. Questions regarding forms can be directed to registrar@arcadia.edu.
